Cross-study evidence lab
Action Statements provide the semantic connector. Each path below stays attached to its survey item, measure, jurisdiction, denominator, and dataset so an association can be inspected without turning it into a causal claim.
Both studies map the same Action Statement (AS711) to compatible yes-share measures. The difference describes reported availability, not causation.
Follow curated evidence threads between Action Statements. Select a family to inspect why its members may be read together.
This relationship asks whether the availability of short training courses reported by education providers is reflected in organisations saying that training meets their requirements. The shared AS711 marker is the bridge: the studies examine the same Action Statement from the supply and user perspectives.
The atlas reports the selected jurisdiction's descriptive distance between the two results; it does not test statistical significance or causation. Open the jurisdiction or cross-jurisdiction view to inspect the measured pattern. Policy Environment is not connected because this reviewed family has no policy measure, not because policy is unimportant.

Raw percentage-point gaps appear only when two registered measures have the same compatibility key and unit. Other pairs are compared through ranks, Kendall tau-b, Spearman rank association, or a grouped binary contrast as appropriate.
A coefficient is withheld below five common jurisdictions. Results with five to seven jurisdictions are marked fragile and include a leave-one-out range. MAD does not report p-values, a universal cross-study score, or causal effects on this page.
