The education question records reported availability of short training courses. The organisational question asks whether training meets organisational requirements. They share the reviewed action statement AS711, but their wording, respondents and bases remain distinct.

The story’s figures use the share of valid responses in the positive category. Published distributions retain the question’s source base. Where an excluded response changes the analytic base, both bases remain visible.

A difference between the two percentages is not an estimate of unmet demand. The studies do not establish that the respondents are discussing the same courses, nor why training is suitable or unsuitable.
